Pre-Sale Info:
- When is the latest I can join InTheBooth to be involved in the ticket pre-sale?
- You can sign up any time to gain access to ticket pre-sales but presales are not unlimited. Once the allotted tickets are sold out that specific presale is over.
- What is the surcharge?
- Tickets are subject to a per ticket surcharge which is shown in the ticket selection page at the time of purchase.
- If I don’t live in US can I still be a member?
- Absolutely. InTheBooth is an exclusive members only global fansite.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
- All major credit cards are accepted by InTheBooth, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Do I have to be a Tiësto.com member to participate in InTheBooth ticket pre-sale?
- No, but you do need to be a member of InTheBooth
- When is the latest I can join InTheBooth to be involved in the ticket pre-sale?
- You can sign up any time to gain access to ticket pre-sales but presales are not unlimited. Once the allotted tickets are sold out that presale is over.
- How many tickets can I buy?
- Each member can buy 4 presale tickets to a show of their choosing.
- If I participate in the presale for concert tickets, am I guaranteed the tickets I want?
- No. Membership for InTheBooth guarantees you ACCESS to the ticket presale It does not guarantee you tickets.
- How much do InTheBooth presale tickets cost?
- Ticket costs vary for each show. Please refer to the show you wish to buy tickets for for pricing information.
- When will I receive my tickets?
- The tickets for the TIËSTO 2009 WORLD TOUR are electronic. After you have purchased you will receive your E-tickets via email. Please print your email and bring this with you to the venue. This confirmation email is your E-ticket and contains a unique bar-code with your ticket purchase details. Upon arrival at the venue you will be asked to present your E-ticket with the bar-code for scanning verification along with valid ID or the credit/payment card the tickets were purchased with.
- What is the service charge?
- Tickets are subject to a per ticket service charge which is shown in the ticket selection page.
- Is this site secure?
- Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the bank’s computers.
- What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
- TIËSTO 2009 WORLD TOUR Ticket payments will be handled by Venue Driver and this will appear on your card statement.
- Can I get a refund?
- Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
Ticket Purchasing:
- Am I able to buy InTheBooth presale tickets over the telephone?
- No, presale tickets are only available through the InTheBooth website.
- Once I have ordered will I receive an order confirmation?
- Yes absolutely. Be sure to check your email inbox for your order confirmation. If you can’t find it there be sure to check your spam box.
- If I have any questions concerning my purchase can I contact someone?
- Yes, please contact support@tiestotickets.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Can I get replacement tickets if I lose my tickets?
- If you email support@tiestotickets.com and enter your order confirmation in the email, we will be sure to resend your electronic ticket.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
- All major credit cards are accepted by InTheBooth.
- What happens if a show is rescheduled or cancelled?
- You will be offered the opportunity to transfer your tickets to the new date, or receive a refund
- Am I able to cancel my tickets if I am unable to make the show?
- No tickets are non-refundable
InTheBooth Membership Information:
- How do I sign up for InTheBooth?
- You can register at www.inthebooth.com
- How much does it cost to subscribe to InTheBooth?
- There are two available packages at InTheBooth. The Gold Package costs $50 and the Platinum Package costs $80. Shipping is included in these prices.
- I don’t have a credit card, can I purchase an InTheBooth membership with a check or money order?
- Currently we are only accepting payment by credit card.
- Please send all username and/or password questions to support@inthebooth.com

- As a paid member, when will I receive my InTheBooth package items?
- Within 45 days of your order

- How do I login and get started?
- To login simply enter your username/email address and password into the “login” section.
- How do I edit my profile?
- To edit your profile please click the “edit profile” link at the top of the page.
